There is an easy way to peel chestnuts

Easy method for perfect roast 🌰 chestnuts every time! Method: stab each nut and place them in a pot with a lid and ½ a glass of water. Over high heat let them steam till the water evaporates fully (about 8’). Turn the heat down to medium and let cook for another 10’. Peel while warm as the skin tends to stick if they cool.
