Which heat press are you using here please?
    And which stand?
    Is the stand adjustable height?
    Do you sell those?

Hi! Thanks for your question. We are using the DK20A www.itsupplies.com/Geo-Knight-Digital-Knight-16x20-AUTO-Clamshell-p/dk20a.htm and the stand is the universal stand www.itsupplies.com/Geo-Knight-DK-Universal-Stand-w-Casters-p/dka-stand.htm , it is set to that specific height. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Hi, I have an Epson F6360 but I can't get a dark bright black colour. It looks more like a brown and my garments look old. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi Gina, we're not sure about this printer. We only sell models that are based in the US and this seems to be based in the EU. Please reach out to the certified re-seller you purchased from or contact EPSON EU for details.

Is this also sublimate cotton T-shirts without fading?

Hello, Dye Sublimation ink is designed to be accepted into synthetic fibers. Usually 100% white polyester. Cotton shirts will not accept the dye and therefore the print quality and washability are not there. Feel free to give us a call and we can discuss this further. 1-800-771-9665

Is this already a sublimation printer or do you have to convert it to one ?

Pressing for 60 seconds at 400 doesn’t leave heat marks?

Hello @Sirhc Yaj, if you're getting heat marks lower the time it is pressing for and raise the temperature.
