The launch euro tab 3 is expensive but can do the same as the autel you use easily plus it can have more features some times you can’t just use one scan tool these days
Some tools do things that others don't, and vice versa...
Unfortunately yes, you need more than one tool trying to get everything covered... but the truth is, you are never full covered...😋

I have a Kingbolen k6 i got from the company. For a review it is very good for a basic Scan tool the only thing I dont like is it has a the dreaded Cable. I have the use of my friends Topdon BT800 which looks similar to this machine you have here. I think it depends on what you are doing with them if you are only working part time with a few car's there great. Having said that. They can take you out of bad situation as well. I think you did a good job on reviewing the tool and would consider buying it if. I was in the market to buy another tool. Congratulations on your 100k well Deserved long may it continue thank you again. 👍😊

I am dying to see how this compares to your Autel. The thing that kills me with the Autel is the price to update the unit. It's insane for someone like me who doesn't do this work for a living. The Launch seems like a great option if the functionality is even close to the Autel. I look forward to your opinion going forward the more you use it! You'll definitely have to do an update video after you use it for a while!

That Launch interface with well know server activations, put your Autel to take dust ...i have Autel the more expensive one and Launch do more...by far

Had problems with launch connection to ford landrover and jaguar but it did a update the other day and I was able to access a ford and the smart diag reads the vin and connect automatically and the storage for updates fills up really quick

Intelligent diagnosis does the automatic scan and detects VIN, you should have used this first to explain, it has excellent detection and operation capabilities, the software is full launch software over most of launch devices, so is excellent value for money, so you might wish to think about an update bonus vid. As you say this is an excellent tool for a part timer or diy or even small independant for initial fault finding prior to bringing out the big scanner.

I used the intelligent diagnosis off camera, and yes, it does that... same thing as the Artipad I have used few years back...
Once I have more experience with it, I will might actually do an update video...

Hello. You are smart and you do a good job. But this review is not worth much - sorry. Instead of learning how to use the scanner, you did it blindly... If I didn't have the scanner - I wouldn't criticize you. In the end, to say that it diagnoses faster with one car and slower with the other - but maybe the communication protocol is telling you something and thus also the speed of communication between the car and the scanner. Regarding the display format of the scanner, it is small - it will probably be because the price of the device is very decent. The only thing that can be criticized is that the scanner has no support at the back, I agree with that. Good luck in what you are doing, you are great.
This first video was just supposed to be like that... a first impressions and the sort of unboxing...
Off course I understand that on different cars the data transfer speeds are different...
The rest is just exploring the tool...
I think what majority of people is interested on, is on rate of available options against the ones that actually work...
I just actually tried it yesterday on some injectors calibration programming, and although the option was there, the procedure did not work...
This will be the kind of things I will cover on an update video once I have it tested enough...
