Very African restaurants i have been too, the places are always empty and no que. When you go to McDonald's and fast foods, you will see alot of people and cars.
Africans are not raised on eating out, in Africa, the explosion of restaurants in our countries like Ghana and Nigeria is just a recent thing because of tourism. That's why every girl knows how to cook, that's how we are raised...home cooked meals everyday, that's why we are not used to lining up to go and buy/eat the same foods we eat at home daily...also, our restaurants in the western countries are too expensive to go and buy from the restaurants becos almost all the ingredients are imported from our countries, so usually, one serving is about twice or 3 times of a McDonald's meal.
