🌺 MIRABELLE PLUM/CHERRY PLUM MARMALADE/JAM 🌺
🍀Ingredients (in this video)
3 Kg cherry plum (with seeds)
2,5 white sugar
🍀 FOR 1 KILO CHERRY PLUM
1 Kg cherry plum
900 grams white sugar
🌸🌸🌸 TIPPS 🌸🌸🌸
*The ratio is always 1:1
*If you cook it with seeds in you have to estimate and minus the weight of the seeds.
*Try the jam before you finish cooking. Add sugar if it’s still sour.
