Looks like it worked out. As i commented on in the earlier video, I think it is for the better with the queen in the top. If you really want the queen in the bottom you can shake all the bees down, add an excluder, wait a couple hours for them to come up to tend the brood and then procede just as you did. You won't get as good or as many cells due to the population drop in the top box. Good job on making a strong split.
