If you really want to do it in less than a minute just cram the parchment down into the pan. Wrinkles don't matter as long as you squish it to the walls of the pan tight enough!

vkash17 you can tap the triple dots at the top of the screen to slow down (or speed up) the playback speed :) hope that helps!
