Started Yoga a few days ago, it is very nice, especially the feeling afterwards, you feel your whole body. What is so fantastic about Kate is the way she teaches, very calmly. Her voice is fantastic, just hearing Kate talk calms me down. Also a beautiful view ❤️ Greetings Netherlands
I especially love the amount of time you spent in Happy Baby and how you grab the side of the foot, instead of the big toe! I was always taught to grab the big toe and to rock side to side. I bet I could hold it a lot longer the way you do it! Thank you♥
Thanks for the kind words, Roger. :) The big toe is an ashtanga technique but also great if you just need more space to grab. Happy baby is one of my fav grounding poses so I'm happy to stay there for a while.
It was good to revisit this class. Oh my, the side and front body opening was just what I needed. Today, I was fully engaged with the teaching, your breath and flow was exactly what I needed. At the end of class, a thunderstorm rolled in. My dog, who love to practice with me, held hands during savasana. Sweet ending to a sweet class. I am grateful to you and UA-cam.
I really liked this class. When I saw the title, I knew it would be incredible and it was. Sweeping into backbend from gate pose was so expansive and intelligent, especially after the side sweeps. Straightening the bent front leg in low lunge really helped me to work deeper into the backbend and it just plain felt good. Pigeons dips engaged the core and lower body and everything felt so deliberate and smart. Camel sweeps in hero pose was different, backbend from reverse table top into wheel, wow. I could transition from both sides with ease and grace, felt amazing. Thank you, Kate, I’ve learnt so much from you.
Today I practiced this one and I made the transfer from reverse tabletop to full wheel! My very first time did it, I'm sooooo happy and I tried wild thing to wheel also success. Thanks Kate! Love your class!

From the Fun Balance to the Sweet Closing, I really loved this class. You really are such an amazing teacher with such an amazing voice, tone, and structure to your practices. Plus, the smell of the vegan pumpkin chocolate chip cookies I'm baking added to the atmosphere.
Such a wonderful class, thoroughly enjoyed practising on a sunday morning, adore the creativity of new aasanas transitions, thank u for sharing such a wonderful class, 🙏

I thought I could do this one, but I couldn't move freely, so I got discouraged and didn't carry it on.
We ALL have those days... Or times of day... I like to opt for a hot calming bath in those times 😊... Come back later or another day.
