My english is not perfect so i dont understand all because sometimes you speak to fast and i dont have the time to understand all. The french traduction that you have in new videos is really appreciate. Thank you is awesome. Im from Quebec, Canada 👍👍🍹
Love the idea of coffee and mango in a margarita. I have added coffee foam on top of a margarita, but never thought to add mango inside. Gonna try that. Thank you
Interesting! I will check out the book. LOADS of great cocktail bars in Sydney (if you want some recommendations reach out!) so it'll be good if I can get my hands on some of the recipes.
Hi Steve, well done. You are reinvigorated by your trip away. This is the happiest, most smiley show you have done! Will the recipes go on the App? Nick from York
There are phenomenal bars in Australia, would be awesome if you managed to have a guest from those bars mix one on your studio? You definetely have the pull to make this happen!
Holy s... Christmas party coming up, i know for damn sure what kind of Espresso Martini im go na try 🤩 oh and where was that stiring machine on my Black Friday 🤣
The three cities I would love to see are New York, Barcelona and Athens. Athens seems to have loads of bars in worlds top 100 list. Love the bar clumsies. Did a great cocktail called a dragon ball.
Really sorry that I missed your trip to Singapore. For Espresso Martini can I suggest Wayward Distillery on Vancouver Island's recipe. Definitely worth trying with that little cacao hit.
@ thank you so much. I am just starting out recently. I am from Adelaide too and wondering if you do face to face cocktail making classes. Also I’ve only made fruit tingle and Pina Colada and my own made up cocktail and mocktails, I was wondering if you could make a fruit tingle so I know if I’m doing it right. Loving your work. Loving that a RAdelaidian is doing this!
@@StevetheBartender_and as I actually search for it I find you have definitely done a fruit tingle and I am not doing them quite right but I reckon they still taste the same.
tried coconut espresso, gotta say it was a thin affair, with lack of flavours. gonna try and adjust the measurements, cause 8 cl coconut water is way to much

They are 250ml swingtop bottles from an online store in Australia (Gala Imports).

That books on my Xmas list now! I'm heading to the Gold Coast after Xmas, any recommendations for some cocktail bars to visit?
What's your opinion on Smoke Bar's "Bunnings sausage sando inspired Martini" - pork and fennel infused Bombay Sapphire Gin, caramelised onion vermouth and mustard/tomato garnish?
That sounds insane, in a good way! Love to try it
