Not that it matters to anyone but I was at that show and it counts as one of my all-time best. Perfect Zeke lineup with chops and attitude, small, sticky, sweaty venue. My ears rang for awhile after that one. RIP Sonny Riggs, what a shame he passed.

I saw Zeke first time in 2001 with Speedealer, FUCKEMOS and Nebula.....after that Zeke and ANTiSEEN......finally Zeke and Weedeater 2018.
Zeke is one of the most under appreciated bands of all time, this is was a great era for them. Thanks for the vid.

Still remains a band no one has ever sounded like. Was lucky enough to meet all the versions of the band and each time, they were unfailingly nice, even Donny.

To see this line-up was GODHEAD. Taking everything serious and nothing at all. One of the best bands I have ever seen. It's obvious, the kicked in the teeth tour was unbelievable. Pinnacle of punk.
100%. I took a bunch of friends to see this lineup and they knew nothing of Zeke or should have expected them to enjoy it and all walked out blown away. The pummeling they delivered was like Motorhead on eleven

This is THE best live Zeke video in existence - ever. Shitty little club, shitty little stage, shitty lights, probably a shitty PA and shitty stage monitors, analog everything, no crowd barriers, hot, humid, sticky, an aroma of stale beer, cigarette smoke and someone's body odor, some random old guy sitting at the bar all day as the band loaded in who stayed for the rest of the night for free, "security" was the guy checking ID's at the door (maybe)... this is how live music is supposed to be!! Raw and up-close intimate!!
These days - live music clubs seem so sterile... crowd barriers, no smoking, people drinking fruity drinks and seltzers, flown line array PA's (they have their place - just not in small clubs), horrible LED lighting being controlled by some retard, direct feeds from guitar/bass processor chains, in-ear monitors (so anyone in the front center gets blasted by the drums and can't hear anything else), digital everything, over the top security, etc...
what a performance....fast and raw...love it!
AWESOME BRO! Great to see ALL the original guys. With Sammy & Pierce leaving they really haven't been the same. That being said they are still and ALWAYS will be one of my favorite punk bands of ALL time! THANKS FOR THIS CLIP! LOVE IT!

i would have loved to know zeke werebstill alive in 1998 ? saw them offten in early 90s but assumed they faded away only thing i remember hearing in 2000 or so thst blind marky got sober which was good news but the person said nothing about them still playing or that they were still playing killer music i thought it would be all solo careers going knowhere by now goox yo hear they are still pisding people off in 2023 ! ill be looking for a live show it usxf to crack me up when mark would say sjit like " ill fucking fight any chick in here , right now! they were a real hard act to follow in early 1990s killer xhit solos and punk rock do go together nicley

Not even lyin' or trying to flex, but if you weren't shooting speedballs in the front row at these shows back then, you never really saw ZEKE. Some of the best few minutes of my life, hands down. Lol. I'm missing them and The Hookers right now, so this will have to suffice. Fuck the 2023. I hate this shit. RIP Sonny. It wouldn't even be the same without ya, so I'm stayin' home. Fists up, pints, whatever. You boys was ferocious fun when you were all there, and I'll always remember it that way. Cheers.
We went to see ZEKE....Speedealer, FUCKEMOS and Nebula...2002....Laredo TX to Austin 260miles.....we scored an 8ball....and a punk skin ? ....got all his ink in one session?.....brings up...oh I'm on parole....he had a blow out with parents and was on supervision....okay cool ....but I tell hey mind your buissness.....I said fuck it ill split the 8.....drop me off this guy is gonna pee his panties at the checkpoint.....my friend.....just be cool ....it's none of your concern ...we did just fine.....made it to Austin.....saw Speedealer and FUCKEMOS.....saw a bit of Nebula....and fucking exploded during ZEKE......we got a party going with the Bulemics.....etc....oh and yes I missed the ZEKE/Hookers 2023 tour....I have seen Hookers twice....2012-2015.and they are the real deal......We Don't Fuck Around...long haired red neck rock n roll Motherfucker that's what I am
