Same here, have two of this camera (A139) both end up have the same problem just like yours. The memory card won't stay in the slot. Also just found out today, the image in the video is so blurry on the main unit while cabin and rear camera's image are fine. Looking to get a newer model with extend warranty from Amazon.
You can have a warranty directly from viofo, chat with them online, your dashcam may be under warranty right now. I never had a blurry problem with any of them. Keep in mind that the rear and inside camera are only compatible with a139 and a139 pro. Any other viofo cam has a different connection 😪
Did you ever have problems where the camera wouldnt even power on? My car is normally garaged, but today was left in the sun for 2hrs. When i started the car, no leds on the camera and it failed to start up at all. Ive not had this issue about the memory card not being seated.
I went back into my videos and looked at the time I arrives, parking mode was recording but then died after one hour and I have it set for a two hour limit. Voltage I have set for 12v. It was definitely the heat as it made a parking video probably 5 min before I started the car and was off at that point.

On parking mode, it shuts off due to overheating, but not that it wouldn't power back on when starting the engine.
I'm guessing by my timestamps it shut off less 10 minutes in parking mode to when I started back driving. I'm guessing it never cooled off enough.
What setup do you have for parking mode settings? How much voltage did you select on the parking power cord?
