This song is so lovely. No matter what emotion you're feeling, this expresses it: Love, Sadness, Happiness, anger, and even a little fear. This song can define a person's soul if they truly listen.
I love this soundtrack. Yuki Kajiura makes some of the most beautiful soundtracks I've ever heard. When I heard this on Tsubasa Chronicle, I cried. It hits you that hard.
"Yuki Kajiura makes some of the most beautiful soundtracks" never sawn any of the video material of those "soundtracks". Huge Kajiura fan. I think those are the best pieces of the modern music that happen to be soundtracks for some animated series :)
+Kaneki Ken You should lurk moar. Check out ua-cam.com/video/feShpPLivK0/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/BdBYxiHjxwI/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/Fyxu3LLwSV4/v-deo.html
You're very right! I myself am working on such a playlist, which at the moment contains around 1100 songs. Of course it is possible one thinks of that one piece of art as one of the most beautiful of all. It's art, after all, and thus a matter of feeling. I myself could name some which are for me just "more" than a lot, like Zack Hemsey's "The Way" or BioShock Infinite's / Garry Schyman's "Elizabeth". (The list could go on like eternally, though, so.. well. :D) As long as no one says sth like "Hans Zimmer, Thomas Bergersen and Joe Hisaishi are the best composers ever" or sth. You find sth like that (the names are variable, of course) under like every song, and it's obvious that these people just don't know a lot composers. Then again, it could be your opinion, but.. nah. If you love Hans Zimmer, you'll love John Williams, if you love Max Richter, you'll love Tenmon. So... :) I'm quite positive that one will always find new, truly mindblowing music / books / movies / shows / and so on as long as one searches for it.
Oi dont even try comparing Hans Zimmer to Joe Hisaishi. Hisaishi actually makes good music and not just PUT ALL THE BRASS IT WILL MAKE IT SO EMOTIONAL AND DRAMATIC.
She actually created her own language XD. TBH, I only watch Le Portrait de Petite Cossette but her soundtrack had haunted me since then and I became her fan even without watching her other animes
reginalunaraea Well she didn't exactly create a real language. Language would imply it actually meant something. "Kagiurago" combines elements of latin, Italian and Japanese, but doesn't have any meaning...which is the point. She wanted to be able to convey pure emotion without the use of lyrics which make the meaning more specific.
aditya nugraha No, it's actually just a made up language. PLease read the fact and Christian (Catholics, btw) don't just sing made up language, they sing in Latin. And by spirit language, I believe you meant speaking in tongue
every byte in this song remind me how shaoran, fye and kurogane fight in that anime and that action or scene kind of playing in my head countless of time. i love it!
fascinating ... how many souls are in resonance while hearing music how music brings together feelings and people how many other think of their lost ones when hearing this I guess u all know the moment u lose something that always have given u grip in ur life and how seeing others sharing this pain removing this feeling of being alone with that
In tsubasa Shunraiki the whole track is instrumental. 0:44 This is the part where Yuko reveals the payment that Watanuki had made, that plot twist changed me forever.
.Hack//Sign was amazing, what are you talking about. That's where I found Yuki. Her music doesn't just make the anime beautiful, the anime makes her music beautiful.
This song properly articulates the unique, vibrant joy that we can find in all things...it is there, even if we cannot percieve it, and I revel in the experience...
Shubhodeep Saha yeah... but my friend loved this song so it does have some happiness to it >w< I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who finds it very, very sad.
Noir is not a bad anime, it's a masterpiece. It's just that a masterpiece of making you uncomfortable and down yet unfeeling is not everybody's cup of tea, for that matter, almost nobody's if you ask me.
I love Yuki Kajiura's work, she has done alot of the OSTs for alot of really great animes such as Fate/zero, Mahou shoujo madoka magica, Kara no kyoukai, SAO, Mai-hime, and Mai-otome
Now that I think about it, Tsubasa Chronicles ain't a masterpiece...but god, this song and "A song of storm and fire" made me love it...Yuki, you are one music genius!
Man Yuki Kajiura and go Sakabe and Japanese composers are in who different level. Yuki Kajiura and Go Sakabe are top tier composers for me. Yuki Kajiura's Songs are angelic while Go Sakabe's Songs are Heavenly Divinely. I Definitely like/excited to see how it turns out if Yuki Kajiura and Go Sakabe ever Consider Colabing.
This songs trancends all emotions and brings them all back together........no......this song trancends all known words, nothing can describe it, but it can be felt in the very core of our beings, something, something, this feeling...
It’s hard to make good music if everything you do is perfect or a little better to listen to, life may not always be a polished road to tomorrow, but listening to this makes it much easier to navigate.
This song is so lovely. No matter what emotion you're feeling, this expresses it: Love, Sadness, Happiness, anger, and even a little fear. This song can define a person's soul if they truly listen.

"My whole 15 years"....OMG - this is so nice :) I'm 69...
Y'know, I'm 17 and I'm quite sure I know a lot more composers than most of the people, regardless of age.

I think you are talking about latin
Sigh....no.....I learnt Latin and this is not Latin at all. She made her own language called Kajurago
reginalunaraea Well she didn't exactly create a real language. Language would imply it actually meant something. "Kagiurago" combines elements of latin, Italian and Japanese, but doesn't have any meaning...which is the point. She wanted to be able to convey pure emotion without the use of lyrics which make the meaning more specific.
actually ... this is spirit language.. spontanitous language expressed from heart.. Christian always use this language for praying..
