Yuki is so incredibly amazing. Seriously. She makes so many soundtracks for animes, and they're always so beautiful and thoughtful and just so magical. She's incredible!
We as humans are definitely not gods or goddesses but I can assure you that we are definitely divine beings created by the creator from up above :3 And whether or not you "believe" in that isn't the point.
Where gravity has no effect, Where rain and soil cannot connect, Where crystals glow in icy hues, Where rainbows come in shades of blue, A view I tend to see in sleep, Where fairies waltz eternally. - inspired by Kajiura: Fairyland Edit: eternally fits better than continuously.
Music slowly seeps from naught, As they sing a tune long sought, A lullaby from distant past, A melody that lets you rest, Put away your steeled-up walls, And see their beauty as they fall. 2nd stanza. TBC maybe?
I tried to translate it into Russian: Где притяжение сил своих не имеет Где соедениться не могут ни почва, ни дождь Где кристаллы в свете холодном мирцают Где радуга в синих тонах.. Вид, что обычно во сне наблюдаю Где феи пляшут в вечноси вальс..
She totally should've put this song in for Pandora Hearts or Madoka Magica. EDIT: Yooooo, gathering some comments on here after not listening to this for awhile, so I thank you guys who comment on here to remind me to listen to this beauty. I sometimes listen to this while reading Black Butler; who would've thought it meshed well with that? LOL
I love Yuki Kajiura so much, her music is just absolutely enchanting. Listening to this reminds me so much of her music from Kara no Kyoukai. This is a beautiful piece, but in my opinion I really enjoyed her works best in Kara no Kyoukai, every piece from the films were just captivating!
you can hear the dance of fey in this song, i swear her music is what kept me from my own inner darkness, she inspires my dances with her music. as long as she plays i will be her muse on the stage and let her songs twist my body into a beautiful dance
n00d13sandr1c3 Are you an idiot? PMMM has more symbolism, more hidden meanings, and a better story than basically any anime since the 90s. Geass is good, but symbolism wise it flunks, Death note is good, but story wise, the second half is shit, and Clannad, despite being able to do good on both levels, fails in comparison to PMMM. Why would you hate PMMM? Because it shows sadness and depression a lot? Well, with 12 eps, and 2 of them have to be introductory, there's not much time: yet I can’t imagine one saying that the pacing was bad, as it was really good for fitting in all that it did.
the one dislike is on here because the person that pressed it was so mesmerized by this song they passed out and accidentally pressed the button. p.s. UA-cam should have a love it button for Yuki Kajiura. this is a wonderful song.
this song popped up when I was listening to tsubasa chronicles-hear our prayer (love it) so I clicked on it and just fell in love with it!!! such an awesome song!!!
It's from the album "The Works For Soundtrack" which was a compilation of unsued tracks from her OSTs over the years. I don't think this was Tsubasa because the album mostly covered her really early stuff
I have to think about Pandora Hearts now... and I know that Yuki did the soundtracks of the anime. Still good to hear her relaxing and so nostalgic sounding but yet beautiful music
I agree, a lot of her compositions have some similarities but her music is really beautiful :) I guess she must like certain things that repeat in her works
Kajiura-san managed to trick me into liking SAO for a year. Still ended up watching it well past the point I didn't like it anymore just to hear her music in its intended context. Worth it (not that I think SAO is the worst, I just got really angry at a specific thing that did not improve).
Yes, and thank you for mentioning Madoka Magica's I want to check it out now. Does anyone know if she still makes music? I just looked her up after years of not listening to music of hers or animes. Love her style!!!
@xarika5 Oh my goodness. The picture at 1:06 is... Gorgeous. Wherever did you find it? I would love to have that as my desktop background. And the song is beyond lovely, of course. That much is a given for Yuki Kajiura music.
Yuki is so incredibly amazing. Seriously. She makes so many soundtracks for animes, and they're always so beautiful and thoughtful and just so magical. She's incredible!
ya her music is so mysterious.
Yes :) she is great ♥
zombiesquirrels8D Dawn Woods CelestineAura thats wut you call badass lol i agree she seem like a rlly good composer :3
A shame so much of it sounds exactly like every other Yuki Kajiura song
i don't know why human can create a music as this beauty... why...
In my opinion the real beauty lies within u and everyone who recognized this masterpiece.
Exactly what I wonder too, How can some people create such beautiful music! Touching!
Every human has potential for divinity
Kajiura is a goddess
We as humans are definitely not gods or goddesses but I can assure you that we are definitely divine beings created by the creator from up above :3
And whether or not you "believe" in that isn't the point.
thank you yuki for entering my life as a young child. i'll forever be changed by your music, thankfully
I guess Yuki's music can really reach people's hearts.. I love her.
Forget hearts. Her music can reach people's souls...

This was perfect for the music.
Only Yuki Kajiura can create music like this. A true genius!
She totally should've put this song in for Pandora Hearts or Madoka Magica.

Liandry or Tsubasa Chronicle
Maybe Yuki deserves her own anime at this rate.
Sim
surprisingly I watched Tsubasa Chronicle, Pandora Hearts and Madoka Magica without knowing who composed the awesome music
Pandora, it would suit the story (if there's a sequel to the anime)
I love Yuki Kajiura so much, her music is just absolutely enchanting. Listening to this reminds me so much of her music from Kara no Kyoukai. This is a beautiful piece, but in my opinion I really enjoyed her works best in Kara no Kyoukai, every piece from the films were just captivating!
I go to sleep to this every night, it's so soothing! I love it so much
how is the human mind capable of transmitting so many emotions through music? It's fascinating
It's the greatest art form, therefore capable of eliciting more emotions than any other art form
you can hear the dance of fey in this song, i swear her music is what kept me from my own inner darkness, she inspires my dances with her music. as long as she plays i will be her muse on the stage and let her songs twist my body into a beautiful dance
I absolutely ADORE Kajiura's music... It feels so familiar to me.. And its just sooo beautiful! «33
Is there anyone else who think that if Touhou ever get a proper anime that Yuki Kajiura should be the composer?
No. It'll magically make the franchise to be about incredibly poignant suffering in endless hailstorms of spell bullets.
Reirainsong I.e. Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
That would be rare, because ZUN (touhou's author) is a musician who made the game to show his music xD PD: sorry for my bad english

#CEDTOONE ! what?
All this time later, still has the magic. I can even remember it so clearly. Left quite the impression.

Digging my hands deeper into the sand
the sky reflects on the water,
ripples lead straight into the slaughter,
won't someone take me to fairy land?
Are those lyrics for this song?
No, I was being a discount *****
Derr Mann Discount, no. Original, yes :)

awesome :)
Nice thumbnail pic of Okuu
Well, when you think about it, Gensokyo could be seen as a "Fairyland", i.e. a place of the supernatural.
Kajiura-san managed to trick me into liking SAO for a year. Still ended up watching it well past the point I didn't like it anymore just to hear her music in its intended context. Worth it (not that I think SAO is the worst, I just got really angry at a specific thing that did not improve).
touhou + kajiura yuki = eternal win
*Yuki Kajiura is My Queen.*

An extremely late reply but all the characters in this video is from Touhou Project franchise
the thing is that i do, but two isn't enough. i just want it to be twenty episodes or more so more people could know about Touhou =)
