I appreciate the info I boil mine and was wanting to try beetles but wasn't sure if I had the room either keep up the great work I'm still crazy busy here with skulls in South Dakota
I just started euros this season. I’ve successfully simmered 2 does to practice and now I’ve got 8 bucks done. Really appreciate this video. I was thinking about beetles, but I’m not able to because of space.

What do you use for the first boil ! I do some for friends and use Borax and Dawn dish liquid.

What's your main decreasing method? Thxs
A week or 2 of maceration which also degreases and then degrease in the boil.
Kinda the way I'm doing it, but alittle longer maceration. Only do them for family and friends at the moment. I'm going to begin charging though with the price of everything these days.
I picture an alien ship or planet somewhere, with dozens of human heads waiting to be processed and mounted. Would it be any less "creepy"?
