The SC added a new dimension to the doctrine of constitution morality in the above verdict aka Justice Puttaswamy case by declaring that Right to Privacy is implicit in Article 21 of the constitution.

The doctrine is also embedded in the Preamble, Fundamental Rights, DPSPs and other chapters of the constitution.
