It would depend on the caliber, and I would say that the game is pretty realistic regarding the number of bullets an enemy can take depending on the caliber before agonizing on the ground.

I'm a sucker for low health modes in games, which is why Hotline Miami is one of my favorite games, so to see somebody take this concept to Metal Gear is so nice to see. Your videos are very well done, too, and I hope that you find much success, my friend.
I feel like it was meant to be played like this... it forces you to use all your equipment and it makes non lethal WAY harder
@@datapagan1903 Yeah, I see what you mean man. I mean, if they didn't get rid of the difficulty modes, they could've added a mode where the difficulty is this heavy. For now, mods will have to do though.
@@scottypittman1 Mods really do make it an awesome game, I always do the real life gun models and darker nights so I have a reason to wear night vision
Tbh this kind of balancing absolutely works for games like this. My favorite example is Metro where you do more damage but also receive more damage on higher difficulties (on top of the other effects from cranking up the difficulty)
I honestly don't think the 1Hp system in Hotline Miami would work that much in MGS (only my Opinion tho)

What about having enough health to still be able to have "serious injuries" like dislocating bones and whatnot? Also, if possible increase the chances of getting those serious injuries. I think it would be nice to have some sort of physical healing animation in a realism mod.

What would be more realistic: either giving yourself more health, or making the enemies also one shot.
They're literally wearing uniforms with no body armour whatsoever, but they can take more damage before going down, but you get sneezed on, and drop like a sack of potatoes?

I dropped MSG V when I played it first time because it seemed very overwhelming. Then I found your video and decided to give it a second try. And now I am 30 hours in and loving every second of it.

@@daveshif2514 there are so many things you can do which game doesn't tell you about and idroid is full of stuff. Its true that open world is pretty empty but only a dumba** will play it as open world because the open world is in no man's land so ofcourse it will be empty. I do missions and drop out of hot zone. So it's a bad open world game but amazing game.

I mean I dont know how it would work with the realistic mod, but I always chose to use the drop off point on the other side of the barracks, because you can climb up the rocks and make your way down into the base from the mountain

Judging by the rules of supply and demand, in order to maximize profits... you must make a 4th MGSV and release it 3 months from now at the least.
Now, imagine if you will, the Arma series, where you die from one good burst by default, and the AI sure is good at seeing and shooting you
There is a few missions in the campaigns of the first two installments where you're actually supposed to do this type of stuff

You're not going to take an AK round and continue your mission.
Even if u take a shot to the chest with a bullet proof vest then your ribs are gonna be broken and then you can just die from internal bleeding
Gear just lowers the chances of being killed but doesn’t mean you are not gonna die or save you from more bullets just depends on the round and distance and area of shot
