Curry Leaves - 1-2 Stalks
Red Chili - 2 Pcs, Finely chopped

Garlic - 5 Cloves, Finely chopped
Bird’s Eye Chili (Optional) - 2-3 Pcs, Finely Chopped
Dark Soy Sauce - 1 Tbsp, Diluted with some water
Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Sesame Oil - 1 Tsp
White Pepper Powder - 1 Tsp
Eggplant (Deep Fried) - 3 Large sized, Small diced (Deep Fried)
