If I were to have a business dream, it would be a cafe with unique pastries.
Love the almost art like deserts and beautiful cocktails with many variations of coffee drinks and teas or coffee cocktails.
And I love making new things myself, especially from scratch.
The dream would be to be able to buy large quantities of ingredients to get a lower prize so I could make more, get more practice and sell at a low prize below the normal average to let people try it more and feel like they can afford. Otherwise, especially now it's so expensive just to get a single cinnamon roll or plain muffin without squeezing the wallet more than a lemon.
Seriously I know they have to cover the costs but can't they get lower market prizes from the produce makers? You could make 10 times more yourself today if you bought the ingredients yourself. Most of the time. But when it's cheaper to buy premade, something is seriously wrong.

Being a sushi lover in Seoul, this is the place I adore the most.
After the boom of sushiya in Seoul in early 2010's, places in Cheongdam just drove up the price like crazy.
Sushi became food that required studying, sushi chefs treating those with knowledge better along with crazy prices like more than $200 a pop on lunch.
Chef Sangha really outdid these places with his passion with quality that is not far off from those crazy price places.
He offers an ambience that is comfortable and not intimidating, and literally party like feel to the dinner.
His sushi may not be the best in terms of ingredients, but his attitude and hospitality can't be matched by any sushiyas in Seoul.
