This is the Flogged bearing this is what a lot of your bearings look like inside even though they’re not making noise yet or have any play in them in my opinion I wouldn’t risk it I personally change mine every 150 thousand kilometers

CORROSION!!!
I’m at 380,000klms but I look after my vehicle.
I have a rule:
Never take it “beaching”
Sand is abrasive and there is no guarantee you can get it out.
River crossings have consequences as well. The deeper, the higher the risk.
I had to do it once, followed a Hilux through.
Was up to just above the door bottom.
All the other vehicles had no chance.
She had no problem crawling into and out of a washed away road (about 1 foot below the top of the bitumen).
Thank god I had 70 profile BFGs.
I’m not a BFG fan as agree with Anthony they are overpriced, not just marginally so, but massively.
