  • Raquel is a Lyft driver in San Diego, but she’s also a certified personal trainer. Her number one tip for other Lyft drivers? Don’t forget to get out of your car and stretch every couple of hours.
    In this video, Raquel shares some of the exercises and stretches she does between rides, to make sure she’s moving her body and not just her car.
    Stretches are just one type of break drivers can take while they’re driving. Chelsea in Portland, Oregon, recommends moments of mindfulness and meditation. Kelly in Boston, Massachusetts recommends knowing where free and clean bathrooms are in your area. And Tim in Chicago, Illinois highly recommends a coffee break.
