For C-Log3, if you want to get really clinical about it, you can set up your zebras to expose skin tones around middle gray (30-40%), or use a test chart that has middle gray and expose it exactly at 34% using zebras.
Yes, you would purchase the C-Log/C-Log3 pack. That one has all specific LUTs just for C-Log. I have those bundled together because the two are pretty similar curves.
