Fishing with Pamela Ep. 2: Chasing pinks in B.C.'s famous Campbell River

In 2014, I received my first little fly fishing rod from my boyfriend at the time in Alberta. A year later, I moved to Victoria without the boyfriend, but I did take the fly fishing rod. I noticed the few fly fishing skills I had were embarrassing, so I signed up for lessons in the Campbell River to boost my confidence. Last year, I got more serious and purchased a fancy double handed fly rod so I could catch big fish. I still have a lot to learn about fly fishing, but I have enjoyed some success, including catching my first pink salmon in the Campbell River last year. Will I do it again this year?
