I caught my first red fox of the season this morning using your old faithful red fox gland lure. I took inspiration from your videos and used a trail set on a drag. Worked like a dream. Thanks for the videos and the great products.
I've started using drags a lot more because of the hard ground. I'm south of San Antonio and the dirt gets pretty hard when it's dry. I 9 out of 10 prehook the drag.
Great information brother! Thanks for showing some different examples of catches. I've never used drags might have to research a little more. I've considered running an anchored wire with a lock to not disturb the site but haven't done yet either. Appreciate you sharing your knowledge!

If someone want to make their own drags what you recommend and how long the chain?
I prefer chain 10 feet. A lot of different styles of drags but look up cotton gin spike drags on Google. Those are excellent homemade type
10 feet of chain.
Buy a 3 pound drag from JC Conner to use as an example.
