It cannot be denied that beards represent masculinity and maturity. A study that was conducted in 2013 revealed that women rated men with stubble as the most attractive sex partners and men with full beards as the most masculine and the best potential fathers.
According to another survey, men with beard seem to look stronger than beardless men which give a sense of security to the woman.
However, some men don't have the ability to grow beards.
Beard transplant is the recent solution to get a dense and attractive beard. It is a completely safe procedure that consists of taking grafts from the donor area of the patient and transplant them on the face. By the time, these grafts start to grow to build a natural-looking beard.
Certainly there are various techniques of beard transplant. FUE and DHI methods are amongst them, and it is up to the doctor to determine the appropriate technique for each patient.

The way the question is phrased is skewed. By calling shaven men "baby face" you subliminally makes the woman think of clean-shaven as immature. And a baby face doesn't just mean someone who's clean shaven, it means someone with a naturally young looking face.

I hate to say this, but please people, be it male or female, should stop attaching having beards to being more mature, a lot of responsible men out there don’t have this beard of a thing as much as others and so shouldn’t be looked down on as being less masculine. I have a baby face and I don't have much problems with girls but I think it's because I'm 6'3 so my height kinda balances it out for me.

Beards are fantastic. But this interview is inherently biased. The interview is full of leading questions. Asking men with beards if they prefer beards is absolutely farcical. These questions should be aimed solely at women. Furthermore, the interviewer shouldn't be using the term 'baby-face' when comparing them to bearded men - because this is implanting the idea that baby-face men are somehow less masculine.
Visually, although clean shave men look less rugged - masculinity extends far beyond what is visual.

Beard is the lion.
My beard and mustache grow so fast after shaving them 3 days ago. I guess God created them for a reason to make men look more attractive and mature to ladies. But I shaved my beard to look like a babyface. Being babyface makes me look like a cop, and it's not bad either. I think babyface or bearded both look nice for men. In my opinion, the best beard and mustache look for men is not an overgrown beard, but a semi-shaved will do.
I don't prefer beards whatsoever. They're an automatic turn off for me.

I couldn’t grow mine until 19 (currently 21) but most men can’t grow one until their mid-20s. Hang in there it’ll happen.
LOL... I can do both, but it's kind of proven that women choices tend to be one of novelty. If most men have beard, the majority of women want men without and vise versa.

@Swat Pup Oh, night and day difference being so-called "clean-shaven" vs having a full beard! In my experience, it does seem like strangers show you MORE respect when you have a beard which I've had for about 12-13 years now! My only regret was not learning to trim it sooner.

Masculinity isn’t measured in terms of facial hair.
Actually it I kinda is. Having the ability to grow facial hair dependent on your testosterone levels. As is with muscle growth.
My beard reasons are two fold. 1 - The skin under my chin breaks out in a gazillion white heads, is red irritated and painful. l have to walk around with my chin up for a couple days. 2 - Who really WANTS one more chore in the morning? .oO(aside from the fact, it wouldn't be the same if my face didn't itch) hahaha
