The Boat guy was scammer
he starts with 350, then 450 with ticket, after that he gives him 600 because he wants to be nice, and then he asks for 100 more for "parking" what an ungrateful scammer...
He was wrong for paying him early he should not do it again and not pay that much
Even if he pay 600 is a very cheap price

I went to Istanbul and had this Turkish lad chasing me to give him 100.
He was doing aggressive begging. I was shocked I thought this was not the case in Istanbul.
He drove me mad kissing my hands begging for money. I stood my ground and will not hand him 100 TL. I told him I will buy him a Fanta, I bought him a fanta and he disappeared.

hey davud im Ehab from Egypt .. i do really appreciate ur generousity by giving people tip... specially what u did in hurghada i live there btw thats why i knew ur channel....sadly the boat driver scammed u i felt it from the time u gave him 700 and the way he grapped the money u are supposed to give him 450 and then when he takes u back then u can tip him he will be okay but because u give him all that at first he was greedy to ask for more .....at last i hope u excuse him as life is really hard in egypt and finally not all the people honest and modest i hope u enjoy the rest of ur time here in egypt ♥

When I did the Nile Cruise holiday in February, the tour company at the request of previous customers stopped using horse and cart. Poor horses are badly treated.

@@Nunos645cgh I think the latter is probably hitting the nail on the head. Unfortunately, doing things like this just ruins it for the proper gullible tourists, that’s why these guys keep scamming! It’s the same as tourists giving money to little kids, it keeps the scam going.
I’m actually not convinced he 100% knows what’s going though, ie how much he’s being scammed by, I just think he thinks everyone’s being nice, and it’s the total opposite in Egypt……literally everyone is after your money there! They get pretty aggressive when they don’t get what they as well, which can be quite dangerous when you’re in a foreign land.
Maybe the fact that he scammed is the reason why he gets the views

Tipping is endless in Egypt. Even locals tip locals. The economy runs on this tipping culture. Tourism seems dead right now which is sad as Egyptians need jobs. High inflation like everywhere else and a devalued currency. Hopefully the war next door ends and the tourists retur. Those are nile cruises you can take. Explore Aswan and nubian culture!😊

I've been there a couple of times. Lucky it was organised through my work business travel. The work colleague I was travelling with got seriously sick and was hotel (5star) bound for three days with antibiotics. I eat the same foods was lucky however I got hit with a similar bug when we went to Lahore. I think our Davud Bro is immune to anything all the places he's been especially India!
