Thank you for this. I have lost the weight many times, but always fall back into the habit of numbing myself with food. I think when I get on a weight loss kick, I numb myself with running.😂
I’m a type 9 and I’m overweight. I have a hard time resisting food, and it’s hard for me to control myself. I’m sometimes afraid of that loss of control and eating things I know wont help me lose weight.

I can relate to this. I know this been a year ago but do you still have this problem? If not what did you do to overcome?
