No auto tune etc. Singers today are no better. They just have better technology to make them appear as though they have talent and can sing. Most cannot!

I was 7 when this came out. Loved it then and still a great song today. Coleen does look rather nervous- maybe it was her first live show and she was very young. Great harmonies and real live singing. Bet they all wish they were still as slim but they are all lovely ladies and heartbreaking to see that not only is Linda living with terminal cancer but now it’s got to Anne too. Nobody deserves such tragedy in one family. Thoughts go out to all of them.

Got some free tickets to go and see them live at Wakefield Theatre club in the early 80's. To be honest I wasn't expecting them to be anything special but in actual fact they were absolutely amazing! Great vocals, harmonies were note perfect and they put on a very professional show, bringing the house down! Fantastic! This performance doesn't really do them justice - but hey, we all have our off days! :-)

My parents took me to see the Nolan Sisters as an eight birthday present at Wolverhampton Grand; we went backstage after the show to get autographs and I can say with absolute honesty that I have kissed all of the sisters. Thank you Nolans

当時の外国人歌手でこんなバックも少なくて誤魔化しが効かない状況で生歌を披露する、なんて歌手はいなかったと思う。当時外国人歌手は多くが口パクが常識みたいな風潮だった。彼らに言わせれば、「歌が聞きたいならレコードでいい。客の前でパフォーマンスを見せるには歌が邪魔」と言ってのけたグループがいた。誰かとは言わないが世界的に有名なグループだ。
この曲が出たのは中３で今でもおぼえている。いい時代だった。
