BWP-1 is the name for an infantry fighting vehicle, commonly called an IFV. This classic Soviet-era infantry fighting vehicle weighs 15 tons and was made by the local Polish army. This is the most well-known and oldest infantry fighting vehicle in the Polish Armed Forces.
