So the "you knew what you wanted and boy, you got her" is referencing that. "You already know" is something Travis Kelce says all the time, so that's a reference to him, as well.
This song is basically a love letter to her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.

It feels like a nod to teen movies of the 90s/00s where the jock and smart girl get together lol and the song sounds like songs from those movies.
It also feels like a nod to “he was a punk, she did ballet” from Sk8er boi by Avril Lavigne which was popular when we (Taylor, Travis, and myself lol) were in high school.
