I skipped the coolant bleeding part, however you may proceed with the coolant bleeding after completely filled up the radiator before connecting back the coolant spare tank.
There is various coolant flushing bleeding method you can perform, simplest will be pouring the coolant into radiator while engine is running until no bubble appear at the top of the radiator cap. Don't forget to always pulse check your engine temperature at idling state to avoid overheat.

Hi sir, a big no. The bolt meant to hold the water pump fan. You may try to find another bolt that can fit in the thread.

@@motologist1917i did my part to advise you. And you still can proceed not to install the cap screw/bolt and you take the risk sir. I hope it helps.😅
Fyi, water pump fan will run with high rpm to circulate the coolant through the system which will create a centrifugal force around the water pump system without the bolt your water pump will fail anytime which induces to a high repair cost. You can risk it if you want to your choice.

Cara paling senang isi coolant dekat radiator coolant bagi penuh. Lepas tu start moto sampai fan jalan. Topup coolant jika berkurang. Tunggu bagi Takada buih air di radiator cap tempat tuang coolant tu. Selesai.

@@pelajar295 ya set bajaj boleh masuk bang, selamat mencuba. Biasa sy practice 20k flushing coolant, 40k ganti waterpump seal.
