I’ve just had open heart surgery, and whilst I’m recovering I’m going to be watching Wesley so that when I get back in to the gym my head is that more focused, thank you 🙏🏾
Really appreciate that guys, they’re going no where, it’s a congenital condition and so my body will be used to the recovery, so I hope to be well so soon, thank you 🙏🏾
Wes probably won’t see this but he’s inspired me to get back in the gym, over the last 2 months I’m down from 231 pounds to 212 Hopefully I keep the trend going 🙏🏾
Damn. The video quality is amazing! I love how everything is still getting better and better, even though the video’s are already amazing. I’m really proud Wesley! You deserved every bit of where you are right now and deserve everything that still has to come!!!
congratulation for the seriously disciplined training any video wesley is wonderfull and with your tips i have building a wonderfull back and shoulders
Keep up the good work. Thank you for the informative information, and being so transparent on how you train. Keep grinding you are truly an inspiration.
Been lurking in your videos for a while . Amazing content and you seem like a great person. went to show some support on your website and your out of stock on everything i want! lol keep up the good work man
This morning was my back workout. Too bad I didn't see it before because I suffer from a herniated disc. Next week I'll give it a try. Thank you very much from Spain!
How is your physical life ? I’m 22 years old . Herniated disc , sciatic nerve damage , and DDD - I want to be healthy and become fit , but I am in such constant pain how do you live with it and work around it?
Appreciate the content. I learn quite a bit from your videos and for that I am thankful. I also purchased a meal and workout plan from you six months ago and I can say that it has been very beneficial for me as well. There are a lot of bodybuilding and fitness "influences" on UA-cam but I think I get the most bang for my buck watching your videos. Keep up the great work and best wishes on your future shows.
Backday today 💪🏽 I’m going to test the workout 😎✊🏽 Keep it up bro Best regards from 🇸🇪 But what do u train for lower back? Because I have a disk curvature on my Lower end of my back. Have tried rackpulls and bellyback.
Amazing how you are eliminating your weak points and imbalances. Hope you do the same kind of inverted whole body stretching e.g. CBum does, to gain that half inch in body height to raise your weight limit. Your frame and long limbs really benefit from being filled out.
To me if your goal is bodybuilding they are not needed, they can be replaced with rdl's sld I think there is too much risk of injury with conventional deads, but that's just my opinion.
Did the high-row feel good, even with the stack hitting the top at peak contraction? When that happens it always distracts me way too much during hard sets
Wes you gotta get somebody to sit on your lower back while you're bent over and sinking your hips in. It will strech the inner hams and loosen up that lower back like those old pictures of arnold and frank.
Hey Wesley, do you have a tip when you're having back shoulder pump from 3:20 exercise? I've tried different things but as soon as i get above 6 reps i start to feel the back of my shoulders.
Been a subscriber since around 10K subscribers. My interest in just how far he can take his physique hasn't waned. (And I still can't make a prediction, because he's such an outlier.)
@@adeptus-1118 Learn something new every day; I must have missed the video where he talked about this transition. At his height, he'd have to weigh 300+ lbs to compete with the Open's big boys. (I believe his CP limit is 247lbs.)
@@probitionate it was actually during one of his live Q&A's he mentioned if hit the cap for his weight and wasn't moving up in placings he'd consider going open. But yeah then he'd really have to pack on the mass, which may not be too difficult being that he was almost 300 last bulk i think.
@@adeptus-1118 Can't see him getting anywhere in Open. I think his career will ultimately be potentialized in CP a long, long while from now. In the interim, his empire and his family will reap the most rewards.
Does anyone have tips for a better deadlift, because i row the same as my deadlift... now i only started doing deadlifts since 2 weeks but i struggle with form and weight.
Watch as many deadlift tutorial videos as you can, and then practice your form with 1 10kg plate on each side for a few sets until you feel it is acceptable (90%+ accurate) and then the next session add a little more load. Form is extremely important for the deadlift, because if you're new to it and slap on too much weight with poor form you really risk an injury of the lower or upper back. Also, it's important to strengthen each individual muscle group involved in the deadlift, so rows and straight arm pulldowns for the upper back and lats, hyperextensions for the lower back and extensors, hamstring curls, and even calf raises. Dumbbell stiff-legged/Romanian deadlifts are also great, and the single-leg version as well. You could even add some glute bridge/hip thrust exercises for the glutes.
I’ve just had open heart surgery, and whilst I’m recovering I’m going to be watching Wesley so that when I get back in to the gym my head is that more focused, thank you 🙏🏾
Get well soon. The weights ain’t goin nowhere.
Aw wow speedy recovery take a long break bro

Be strong bro,prepare your mind...
Good luck on the recover... just a bit of advise since you had hearth surgery. Don't follow people that are on copious amounts of steroids.

I noticed Wes doesn’t do a lot deadlifts if at all.
No I believe he did do them but because he had an injury when he was like 19 he stopped doing them

Hi Wesley, any solution for elbow pain...
Check how you hold the bar, specially your thumb position. The “fake grip” (where you don’t grab the bar) puts a lot of pressure on the elbows.

When you work out the back, it’s necessary to go HEAVY. TRUE OR FALSE?
If you want to maximize growth then yes. However, mix it with good technique.
