What is the purpose of the "spring retainer screw" that goes through the buffer tube? We failed to install it, as we couldn't figure out how to get it in there properly with a long enough screwdriver. What happens if you try to shoot the gun without the screw in there? Does it damage anything or do we just put the screw in now and the gun should work properly?

The buffet tube wont be solid on properly. But the Blaster itself will shoot.

I have a metal blaster with metal gearbox..V2..have taken out all pins..and still the gear box won't come out...

Figured it out the end of it without the bulky bit needs to be pushed if you push it then push the other side you will hear the movement
