great advice. ill ad ive had a mag with some plastic flashing on the inside sticking out with a sharp edge that would break gels. so I check when I get new mags if they are all ok on the inside. its only a few screws normally and super easy to check.
The reason I made this video is because I was repairing some of my mags that had started to play up. And yeah sharp edges and tight walls are an issue.
I bought a broken saw m249 for $20 from a retailer and found it was still like brand new internally but the only thing wrong was the mag was wired back to front lol

I found the easiest way to empty the mag is to pull the charge handle once empty and spin the motor for a few seconds and then press on the little post on top and tip out the rest of the gels. I always get the last 4 gels out doing it that way.
Yes that's right. But a lot of blasters do not have a mag prime in the charging handle.

It's just supposed to stop gels from falling out if you have the mag upside-down. It doesn't really work that well though. They tried.
My newly bought CYMA AK47 is having problems with mag prime.

I don't hear anything, and I don't think it's getting any power. There's a small gap between the top and the body of the magazine and I think that might be a suspect

My gel blaster only shoots upside down
Hello there, thanks for the tech talk, but I was wondering does anyone experience this weird performance bug where hop up makes the gel ball goes sharp downwards and then starting to hop upwards at about 10 - 20 meters?
I have this bug on my Lehui HK417 and DS Glock17 gen5. but never find this on my other models.
Too much hop wound into it.
I figured it was gel size and I need to soak at 80-90mins top. Plus I used even harder gel this time
A transparent mag is helpful sometimes 😂
