Once you accept that the picture has nothing to do with the music - though I think it's all Santana - well it SOUNDS fine. Santana's tone has ALWAYS been his bag, even though it's changed more than you notice unless you're specifically looking. That early yellow PRS was a fine-sounding guitar. I wonder what he does with all the old ones? Nowadays he changes them as soon as they get dusty!.
Probably the best rhythm section in the world Graham Lear The Great , Armando Peraza orestes Vilato Raul Rekow and Alfonzo Johnson on bass doesn't get any better than that

Clearly the video is not the audio. Santana is soloing when nothing is being heard. I think Carlos knows the song and even on a lip synch would know to stop playing
it's an incident alright! i hope that those who paid to see Santana, weren't treated to bad sound lip synching like it appears in this video. it's like they aren't even close to the parts that they are playing! i mean it sounds okay. but you know? i mean it could just be the video is out of synch with the soundtrack... i hope so! but Santana is one of the originals for sure! no disrespect for his music!
Thomas Fraser en Jeroen van Eindhoven zijnelkaars minnaars inclusief getrouwde vrouw Esther van der Ende.Ik was schoonmoeder en geliefde..Thomas is een beroepsmilitair met moordneigingen.
obviously whoever recorded this had a problem with the sync between sound and video. So what? It's a great concert, fantastic set and musicianship.I can't believe people have nothing better to do than complain all the time on here. There are lots of copies of this concert on here-just watch another one!
In what lenguage is that?? Some asked. In every language, if aliens would listen that they would think, WOW, those humans are evolved and have Great Music!
Buddy Miles-he was Jimi Hendrix's original drummer in the Band Of Gypsies. He did a great album with Carlos titled "Freedom" in 1987 - ua-cam.com/video/DL76RrNLGNE/v-deo.html

Incident at neshabur is one of the most beautiful songs of santana.
Agreed. Miles Davis said it was the greatest rock song ever recorded.
