What is the price and what are the HOA fees?

That unit needs a complete remodel.
I would say every condo could be remodeled. Usually remodels are needed every decade or so and the towers in vegas were usually built in 2006. So that’s about 17 years now on average.
My beloved Oakland A's have just entered into a binding agree to purchase land for a ballpark at Tropicana Avenue & Dean Martin Drive. We are still many steps from anything becoming official, but, depending on the orientation of a final stadium, keep me in mind for any good condos that will be facing the ballpark. I might be mistaken, but Panorama Towers facing southwest would probably be the best current option, right? Do you think there is any chance of a new high rise condo being built closer (maybe on Tompkins Avenue)?
It was big news!!! It made national news this morning which is where I heard this as well. You are correct panorama towers facing south is the best option for a direct view. Those units are end cap units around 2,100sqft and have been selling for $1.2+ from what I remember off hand. It’s possible some veer units in the west tower that are on the south and south west corner would also have views from further away. This would be 1-2 bedrooms. I do not see any new towers being developed any time soon in the area unfortunately. If one of those options work for you let me know and I can send you what’s available or just keep you on an auto email for new listings that pop up. 👍
@@TheBrokerLife I'll keep following as things develop with the A's. In a perfect world, maybe Red Rock Resorts would put a high rise condominium right next to the ballpark. But if anything develops and looks like it is something I would like to purchase, I'll reach out to you.

Sky has a great pool area, a movie theater, pool table room, event center, racketball, good security, valet but no concierge service. 👍
