One of the only whiskeys that gives me bubble gum and spearmint on the palate. I never understood why some people $hit on this bottle. Probably because of the Willett potstill bottle, people just assume everything Willett is garbage. Great review guys.

What grocery store do you go too? Here in SC, we only have the options of beer and wine in our grocery stores.
@@ThoseBourbonGuys in Maine liquor is sold at grocery stores as well as liquor store. The grocery stores just tend to have mostly lousy stuff but some have some gems. Eagle Rare was on shelf for years and ignored as a cheap bourbon. State allocated it end of December and have not seen it in state since. Before that ER was spotty in liquor stores but lots in grocery stores. Picked up two Knob Creek single barrels at grocery store this morning

Willet Rye is one of the wife's favorite but, not so ease to find.
It is really good, but definitely one you have to hunt down, in our area, to find at a good price.

We're starting to find it more in our area for $50-$60, but there are still stores asking $100, soooooo, we know where we're going to pick it up. Cheers!
