Made the mistake of drinking Dr. Pepper with Evan. It was my first time drinking a LOT of liquor at once, and honestly it was alright, but now Dr. Pepper tastes like bourbon to me.

WT101 was one of my first bottles, was a little hot for me. 6 months later, I get it, it's amazing. Love the Old Forester 100, like the Benchmark Full Proof and the Old Grandad 114, but I prefer the Old Grandad Bonded a little better. Loved the video.

I just bought a bottle in Ohio for $23 bucks.

Saw the first JB single barrel today in a store in michigan. $43 🤔

Found one today at a store in northern Michigan, got it up to the check out and the owner jacked up the price $20 more 😖 . I passed 🫣

WRDO is $60 and the OF1910 is $52 in Upstate NY. Im not really good with nosing or tasting notes but (here we go) with the WRDO I get a sweet smell with a hint of maple and oak and on the taste, I get caramel with a mild oaky taste mild hug on the way down and a decent finish. With the OF 1910 I get a sweet smell with Cherries and less oak than the WQRDO or fruit of some kind and on the taste, I get a slight marshmallow with not nearly as much oak as I would have expected? mild hug and decent finish. They are both incredible bourbons and to me They are both on par with each other, so I tend to gravitate towards the OF 1910 because its $8 cheaper 🥃Cheers!

I forgot about those chewy toffee candies in different color wrappers. Went the way of bulk food candies maybe. I get that scent for this sweet lackluster whiskey. Not bad on a warm day though but a lot more for less is available

Totally agree. 1792 Full Proof is one of my favorites. I was just recently on a cruise, and 1792 small batch was included in my drink package, but 1792 Full Proof was an extra $3.00. So it was a no-brainer that it was worth the extra $3.00.

New subscriber here. You guys are hilarious. From another whiskey man, I recently sampled some of the Traveler at my local liquor store. You guys are right. For 40 bucks it isn’t bad. I really enjoy the original Buffalo Trace when I can find a bottle of it as well. Looking forward to future content guys

Out of curiosity, what are some of the other bourbons you prefer around the $40-60 price range? I personally prefer the Four Roses SB but maybe it's not a fair comparison since it has a completely different mash bill.
