As an up fitter they DO NOT GLOW they are reflective at night . when the lights shine on them they reflect light so it appears to light up when in fact they do not glow. Police < Fire and Ambulances have had them for many years.

Not to mention they used the term Glow inappropriately. The proper term is Retro-Reflective. Which means it is super bright when light hits it. 🙄
It glows so bright it makes it look like it's daytime.
So they go out during the daytime to show a car that glows in the dark and then they never show it at night. Brilliant coverage.
As a former LEO I think the NCSHP is the best state patrol agency in the U.S.
