I've watched Prepper Potpourri and Linda's Pantry for years. They got me into this. Thank you all for the help and encouragement.
Another chicken recipe-that makes me very happy. We eat a lot of chicken, so much that we don’t need to talk anymore, we just cluck at each other, lol. Always happy to see another way to make something excellent from chicken.
Interesting recipe. I'm basically an ingredients canner, although I do some soups from time to time. Especially interesting because I don't remember seeing a soup done using cold pack and hot pack at the same time. Definitely save time by using chunked raw chicken. That looks like the basis for a good meal during these cold & disagreeable days of January!
I am going to go back and start writing recipes down. I watch and listen to videos while planting seeds. I had planted red bell pepper seeds yesterday, today and tomorrow am planting yellow and green bell peppers seeds.

I just gotta say... I freaking LOVE your kitchen! Having that faucet by the range is amazing! No more hauling heavy pots of water from the sink to the stove!
I love soup!!! Pressure canning soup has become my new love. 😋 so easy to grab a jar of soup for lunch and it's way better and heartier than any store bought canned soup I've ever had.
Definatly will try this !!!!! Absolutely LOVE the fact you added the peppers that way. Thise dark edges add so much flavor to the pepper flavor. I LOVE how this can be a soup or a base even for a baked potatoe or on pasta or rice . Thanks so much for teaching this to us 😊

I made this 2 days ago and OMG it is SO good! We had some that night and I am delighted to have 6 more quarts in my pantry. Now on my “i don’t feel like cooking” nights we will have a great meal.

RE watching this video as I often do. I'll be canning soup for winter. This is a must as your chili Colorado. You were so fun in this video. Blessings to all
I printed that canning guide at home, by chapter, in color, double sided. I used white card stock to print the cover and back. I used colored card stock to separate the chapters with 2 blank pages at the end of each chapter for my own notes.Then took it to Office Max and and had them laminate the cover, front and back, and had it spiral bound. I did 2 copies (one for me and one for daughter) and it only cost $6, for both of them. Of course, I already had plenty of printer ink and copy paper on hand and didn’t bother to price those out because I buy those items out of my office supply budget.
I have 120 lbs of chicken coming to me this Sat the 8th!! 40 lbs of it is chicken breast. I will be buying some red bell peppers and trying this recipe! Thank you so much!!
