Lord of the Rings Online - the game I adore and love but rarely play nowadays. The music sends me back 10 years to a time when I explored the vastness of Middle Earth. Beautiful. This goes into my list of favourites! :)
One of the most impressive things about this game is how it's managed to keep its unique character through 15 years of development, especially with the whole shift from being owned by a larger company to them setting up their own indie game studio. I recently picked it up again and played through Laketown. I have to say, it really doesn't feel like a different game from when you start playing. The level of consistency and dedication to the source material is actually very impressive, and hard to find in the gaming world.
@@NerobyrneI’m not sure if this is still true, but there was a time at least when it held the record for the largest world in a video game (excluding ones like Minecraft that use procedural generation to make near-infinite worlds)
Listening to this makes me nostalgic. I've been playing on and off since 2007. Every time I see your videos it makes me want to hop back into it. It has been a couple months... might subscribe again real soon
Archet Hunting Lodge I think? But also Amon Raith which is where I originally discovered it! There are other songs that are similar that it plays with in those locations too.

So much nostalgia and love in this... Bree was the first big place we ended up in game and the whole world seemed so big and timeless then.
I'd love to know how big the whole game world actually is, because I think it's quite large, even for an MMO.

Always liked these guitar songs
The best atmosphere of any MMO I’ve played. Hands down!
Currently playing ESO on PS4 cause my computer died. Just ordered replacement parts. I'll be back at in some time in December.
Really appreciate all the ambience and music!Your videos are the perfect soundtracks for reading the books :)
This doesn't premiere for 30 hours and I'm already excited for it 😂
This one is going to be great :)
Takes me back to playing this as a child
So nostalgic, I love this 🖤
