I don’t know what I did wrong. I followed the instruction but my shrimp tempura don’t stay crunchy by the time I serve them . The tempura was serve right after cooking but by the time we are halfway eating the tempura is soft and saggy.
@@lilynguyen6976 is that the same with frying eggrolls kasi mag tagal na malambot na yong eggroll wrappers ok lang pag bagong luto crunchy pa but later on malambot na nga, how to make it crunchy for longer time
I found that if I did a 1:1 ratio of water to flour that my batter came out way too thick. I've found on other videos that have 2:1 ratio of water to flour will make the batter the same consistency as shown in the video. My tempura also did what you described.

I love shrimp but that’s too greasy too much oil I used butter I don’t like oil . If I do very little and have to dry in paper towels . Greasy food make me sick I have lots of allergies. I cannot smell greased I be nauseated and be throwing up sorry . I bake mine it’s crispy then broil it for five minutes and so crispy.

It’s posible your oil temp wasn’t high enough. Try to fry in smaller batches
