I totally understand the statistics that you presented in the beginning of the video, because I feel like I have some sort of PTSD from this whole pandemic situation and I've been trying to slowly get back to a normal/more relaxed state of mind ever since. I already do all of the points that you mentioned on the video, but the last one is SO HARD to maintain in the long run!
Anyway, one of the affirmations I find the most effective for me is "I'm safe". I think it relaxes my sense of being alert all the time. :) Great video as always!
