Great fan of samosas - the Bengali kind. My request to the chef to cook this has been fulfilled. Is the winter samosa with cauliflower done the same way?

Glad to hear it. Yes, very similar. The cauliflower is sauteed before adding it in.

Shingara is sometimes served with imli chutney but mostly it's eaten on its own. Thanks for the suggestion.
