I used to watch Heidi (she's extremely popular in Greece, where I live) but I don't really remember anything. What I find strangely fascinating is how AI came up with that very meta concept of animals in a theater watching the trailer. It's kind of creepy actually.
The face at 0:27 is doing some interesting things, it resembles what's known as "Z fighting." Rendering software sometimes gets 'confused' about which object should be on top, in this case the nose, eyebrows, teeth, and tongue all seem to be rapidly changing priority over one another.
I find it more likely, that these are artifacts in AI prediction of the correct pixels. I am not sure how this algorithm works, but I think it just predicts the pixels directly instead of polygons that have to be rendered.

The face at 0:24 freaks me out, it is like an horror movie, like the real appearance of the demon showing for a split second and it's a freaking old lady possessing a child. Makes me want to watch Conjuring
