I just came across your video and im glad i watch it. Im going to replace my headlight bulbs with led's bulbs. I took jeep to a shop and i was told they were going to charge me $ 400
You probably aren’t going to see this, but I’m rebuilding an Srt right now. As I’m gathering parts, do you know the part number for the headlight brackets? Like the pieces on the left, along with that honey comb thing. I don’t have those on either side, didn’t come with those or the bolts which I see in your video
As far as I know they haven't changed anything with the bumpers from 2014-2021 but I have not dug into the specifics. 80% sure they fit without problem
Thanks for the video. I need to fix a broken fog light mounting point with epoxy since the molded plastic clips broke and it causes the fog light to fall out inside the bumper. I took the front facia off years ago to black out the grill trimming, but i forgot what to do. Thanks again! 💯
Nice video, thank you. Did you replace the rivet with the same rivet, or with a different style? I was just hoping something else will fit in the existing hole. Thanks
@@LJsGarage sorry I asked the question before fully watching the video. Funny enough I watched it again 2 days ago and saw the part where you used the new clips. Just replaced the headlights in my wife’s jeep and removed the bumper to do so. Thanks for the video!!
Just an FYI..The removal of the outer two "twist off" fasteners underneath the bumper was not necessary on my 14 Jeep Grand cherokee limited. Only 5 needed to be removed. Everything else was on point.
Does it take much effort to replace the headlights with the bumper off? I need to replace the HID passenger headlight. My neighbor said I should replace the driver's side too (since IT may very well burnout soon). So, I wonder if removing the bumper will make the replacement go faster, since I could replace BOTH lights at the same time. That compares to the other method of replacement: from behind, which would require two distinct processes. In addition, from discussions with my neighbor, a FB group and YT videos, replacing them from behind is a pain. Also… How did you replace the pin you drilled out? Was there a similar pin in the kit you bought?
I bought a kit on Amazon for the clips but they have em in packs of 12 at O'Reilly's too! And I have in the past done the ECU and air filter method. I prefer those over the bumper removal
I looked at a couple of videos about bumper removal, and you had the best. Showing exactly how to tackle this. Thank you very much.
I'm glad to hear this helped!

Yeah they are ridiculous on that price 😭
Same boat bother same boat 🤦♂️hence why I am here now shop said $400 I said no way
Ha ha ha I changed mine without removing the bumper and that SUCKED! Removing the bumper would have been better 😂
Brother, you saved me a lot of time with this video. Prodemand is so confusing with the instructions. This helped so much! Appreciate it!
Glad it helped!

Glad it helped my friend!
Thanks man i gotta do my ballast on Passenger side i like how u really showed how to remove front bumper all in detail!!!! Great Video🎉🎉🎉
Glad it helped! 🙏🏿
Can you access the front head light assembly to change the bulbs with out having to remove full bumper? 2:57
Yes absolutely. I have another video on that. Move the ECU and move the intake housing
It sucks though!!!. Beware lol I did my wife’s and hated every second of it. In mechanically inclined and still found it frustrating.
Is there anywhere I can order that whole replacement?
Not certain my friend
Can I put the srt bumper on the summit?
Other than fog lights and such I think it could fit
What do you use to replace the revits?
I bought a set of trim fittings on Amazon but any parts store has them too!
This is my question too. But which trim fittings on Amazon? There are many! Can you share a link? Thanks!
@@GaryPiazzaI have a 2014 GC Limited. Amazon lets you out your cars specific make and model to help determine if a part will fit your vehicle
Hello 👋🏻. I have a question, if I have a 2015 grand Cherokee, can I replace the bumper with the 2017 bumper? Will it fit?

Short and to the point. Great video.
Glad it was helpful!

@@jimbosliicegoing throught the same thing with my headlights. What a pain.
We did the radiator install and it went great! BUT now we getting a p0480 code, curious if anyone has come across this issue after radiator install.
hmm id check the fan wiring and ensure the system is bled then do a code clear and see what happens
