    Hey, thanks for sharing the video! If you could walk me through all the settings, that'd be awesome.

      Hey thanks!
      Since the settings depends much on the components used so there are no "standard" settings to just copy and paste, but one important setting I can suggest is to absolutely enable the XMP profile on your memory, you will get significant increase of performance

      @JULVEXGAMING Yes, I understand what you mean. I think it would be a great idea to go through all the settings and explain what they do. That would be a very informative video.

    Great video! I bought this motherboard and installed two m.2 ssd (one Samsung Gen 4 and one Corsair Gen 5). I installed the Corsair Gen 5 in slot the M.2 slot 4 which is gen 5. The Bios recognizes both M.2 and so does Windows 11, but in Bios, under system status, it does not show up under pci subsystem settings. Ths slot 4 is not shown. Any ideas of why this is or it is normal?

      Thanks!
      As a first suggestion I would recommend to check if there are any BIOS update - that should fix it; also try one SSD at time

    I have purchased the same motherboard, but I’m having a problem with my AIO cooler NZXT X73, windows cannot detect my cooler in the CAM software and inside the BIOS my pump can only go up to 1028 rpms although it should reach 3000 rpms. Can you please advise?

      try to connect the usb cable to a header in your motherboard or try n usb hub (nzxt has one ), also connect the cable into the AIO connector in your motherboard

    I have a problem where my cpu game boost is not working in bios. But when I go in game and play it says I’m getting 6ghz

      I would suggest checking if you are on the last bios update, that should fix it

    Good day, I don't understand what you mean, is 14900k processor the wrong choice for this motherboard?

    • @JULVEXGAMING
      @JULVEXGAMING  7 місяців тому +1

      Hello there! In my opinion, there is no sense in getting the 14900K over a 13900K - sure the motherboard is compatible and will support the 14900K if it is that you're interested to know

      But what if it's only $40 dollars more to buy 14900k. Would you still get the 13900k over the 14900k?@@JULVEXGAMING

      Both of them are really good motherboards, but I would still recommend (depending on how you will to spend for a motherboard) the MSI MEG Z790 ACE

    Something I don't like MSI at all is the BIOS. Whatever you need to perform an update, you loose almost every parameter on it, and no point to save, as it ALWAYS complain "not begin compatible with newer version".

      You must be new to PC building, and no offense.
      Every BIOS update I did from Asrock, to MSI, to Gigabyte, to Asus, all wipe your BIOS profiles and parameters. That's how it works.

    Do you find it concerning at all where they decided to place the cmos battery on this board? If it ever needs changing you will have to pull the mobo right out of the case to get at it.

    • @JULVEXGAMING
      @JULVEXGAMING  4 місяці тому

      Actually yes, but the CMOS battery should last at least 5yrs (except particular situation), so agreed is a weird position but shouldn't be an issue

      I just bought this board and was considering returning it because of that battery location, I think it is quite strange. But on the other hand I have an 8 year old computer and never had to change the battery. I'll think about it but on the other hand the board does have some nice features and feels well built.
      Good video, by the way!

      The motherboard is solid and have nice features, and I believe in 8yrs you be safe with the battery :)

      I was debating between this MSI board or the ROG Strix Z790-E Gaming WiFi II. Which do you think is better?

    • @JULVEXGAMING
      @JULVEXGAMING  4 місяці тому

      @@albertazone both are great motherboards, it's up to your preference and with which bios you're more comfortable - the MSI have more NVMe slot and an additional USB 3.0 header
