    1. OMG i can't believe you're almost 46, your skin looks amazing and 2. I can't agree more with the idea of skincare as selfcare, I've only just started doing this myself and it's such a nice way to just take 30mins to really pamper yourself every day

I’ve been so looking forward to this video! There are a couple of products I’m going to try, especially moisturisers as I am looking for a new night one. A good exfoliator I use is Moon Juice Acid Potion, it’s a toner that I use a couple of times a week. Very effective! For oils, I use deMamiel - she is a UK esthetician who formulates an oil blend every season to deal with the particular challenges of each season. They are very effective & smell wonderful. Not cheap but you literally use 5 drops per night so the bottle lasts a full 3 months.
I wanted to thank you for all the information you have given on fillers, what to look for, what works where, and what kind of doctor to look for. Over the last couple of years, my eyes have become sunken through age. I always had dark circles and that didn’t help! I was very hesitant to get any kind of filler but after hearing all the extensive information you provided, I went ahead. Found a great doc who does very subtle work, and just had my second injections yesterday (as you mentioned often happens, she split the dose). I look a good 10 years younger, but not at all fake or overdone. I wouldn’t have done it without the confidence watching your videos gave me. And, I’ve had IPL treatments on my face (before the filler started), which have made such a huge improvement overall. Thank you again for videos that are super fun & enjoyable but also very educational!

@@LorryHill chose a time of day to get your water intake. Any fasting window is the best time. I don’t do intermittent fasting but I usually don’t naturally consume food for 12 hours a day. So for instance if there’s a window in my schedule where I’m feeling hungry but don’t need to eat yet I try to have my 6-8 glasses of water during that time. Just never eat and drink because it’s uncomfortable or too overwhelming so think you’ll find water more satisfying when you’re hungry. Most people prefer room temperature water but I like mine ice cold and really helps with your metabolism. But whatever works for you is fine. I just pour it in to a beautiful glass either add a slice of lemon or make herbal ice tea. Tea is great but by itself can be dehydrating. So herbal is best and just add ice. Caffeine is great for your skin as it’s an antioxidant but if you like caffeine drink plenty of water. I really love water but I can see how it might be tricky to fit it into your day. I saw don’t eat food while you replenish. I can usually get 6-10 glasses of water within 4-5 hours if my day. Hope this is encouraging.

I use Bioderma micellar water to remove my face makeup first & Lancome Bifacil to remove my eye-makeup, then I wash my face with Cerave cleanser, I apply Retina A .06 wait till it dries & apply Charlotte Tillbury Magic Cream. This routine works for me & I don’t have any wrinkles or breakouts. The Retina A is the best for eliminating wrinkles while preventing breakouts. I do use Roc Retinol eye cream to prevent wrinkles bc u can’t use retina a around ur eyes & Laneige Lip Mask for my lips at night. I have been sleeping on a satin pillow for 10 years & it does help ur skin & hair. I do love ur videos & hope I wasn’t rude but I’m only sharing what my dermatologist has recommended.

Can you please do a video on Princess Diana's plastic surgery. I think she had a nose job sometime in the 80ies. Am I wrong? If si, it was subtle. She left her nose large, but I think she made it thinner and shaved off the bump. There is an early official portrait of her facing straight into the camera where you see that her nose is quite think in the middle. Later it appears changed.

Lorry I think you might have a bit of an allergy to the drunk elephant protini moisturizer. Your skin stayed noticeably more red on the side you applied it to, and it lasted for minutes (not just the usual redness you would expect from just some contact or rubbing). I would perhaps avoid this one in the future! Some other moisturizers with peptides are the naturium multipeptide cream or the Tula one

Lorry I got prostaglandin associated periorbitopathy from using eyelash serum on my brows only, I skipped the eyelashes thinking that would prevent me from getting it but still. I developed a gaunt, hollow eye, awful look but I was in denial because I didn’t use it on my lashes. My doctor told me you could still get it even if exclusively applied to eyebrows. DON’T USE PROSTAGLANDIN EYELASH SERUMS, they’ll destroyed your face and make you look much older.

Lorry, you are a sweetheart, and an excellent educator! 💕
What I learned from you in this video is:
    1. Skin care is not a nuisance or a burden. It is an opportunity for "me time" so it's an investment in looking better and feeling better about oneself physically and emotionally at the same time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
    2. Plastic surgery can alter/improve the underlying structures beneath the skin, but the skin itself still needs to be taken care of.
    3. That even you, a beauty expert, are still open minded enough to want to learn about new products, and to give them a try.
    4. The changes everybody's skin goes through in the natural aging process, and how to adapt accordingly.
    5. Recommendations for products which must be good otherwise you wouldn't be using them yourself!
So you've talked about plastic surgery procedures, nonsurgical interventions, and skin care.
Would you consider doing a video on the best possible nutrition and hydration to optimize healthy skin?
If one is malnourished and chronically underhydrated, the skin will pay a visible price, regardless of how many beauty products one uses. (Poor nutrition, and even low blood sugar have a negative impact on one's mood, too.)
"Malnourished" includes overreliance on processed, high carb/sugar and fried food, lack of protein, lack of fruits and vegetables, etc.
Thank you very much for the video! 🥰🙏🎯💐✨
PS. I don't know how expensive that mask is, but it could be part of a great Halloween costume! If they make the masks in child size, you and your little boy can both wear one and he can be your mini you 👽🛸🖖
