I have used the mircle wash cloth for many years. Nothing really sticks to it, eveerything washes right out and it is very soft. I think I bought it at bed bath and beyond. I have used several of them over the years.

I think it is so insulting to women past the age of 50 to say "she looks good... for her age". It is as if once you reach a certain age you should automatically look withered and decrepit. Can't people just say a women looks good and leave it at that regardless of their age?

It's natural that the skin's worsens as time passes, and people DO reach a certain age where functions of the skin work less effectively. Many factors play a role, especially genes and sun exposure, but it's the same period for most of us.. So yeah, if her skin looks better than many other women's that are in the same age, why should this be offensive?

I'm 46,I use foam cleanser because I have an oily face..right after cleansing,I put vitamin c serum and sunscreen(daytime)...At night,cleanse again and I put anti ageing cream with retinol...it really works for me😀...and don't forget your vitamin e supplement...

So what's the point in having work done when you're still in your 20s? It will only ruin your skin and you'll have to do it forever. So again, I'd rather look up to this women who waited till their 40s or so to start getting work done and properly, than all this other almost teenage girls ruining their skin with doctors that don't even know what they do.

Unless you wash the cloth after every use because then it's just collecting the dirt and bacteria from not only your makeup but all the dirt that's made it onto your face. Not to mention your pulling and tugging on your face.
@cos actually it matters alot. Tugging and pulling causes premature wrinkles. You can't stop aging but you can preserve your skin. Just like a fruit, you can preserve it before it gets wrinkled.
@cos it's like wasting one minute of class each day. Sure it's one minute and doesn't affect you at the moment but by the end of the year that's over 100 minutes wasted. I always get that I look 6 years younger than my age and thats because I take skin care very seriously. You just have to take care of yourself and know what to do and not to do and which products and ingredients you shouldn't use.

I've got her beauty book written about 30 years ago. She makes thin braids near her ears and hooks them behind her head and plonks on a wig - DIY facelift. She didn't use posh products back then but always used high SPF in the sun.

It's just a bit hard to swallow any advice that comes from someone who, on one hand has had a LOT of procedures done to her in order to alter her appearance/anti-age herself, and then on the other hand says things like "less is more" is her way of managing her appearance.
Beautiful woman but I noticed one thing more you get older don't go too skinny it's makes your skin (face) looks even more old and saggy. Good fat(avocado,salmon, nuts)are friend for your skin and your face

I’m guessing her skin is really hypersensitive that she can’t even tolerate any retinol or retinoids ? Those ingredients are the gold standard for anti aging.
Only the US uses those, in Korea people avoid retinols like plague. They dry your skin out, make it flake, and give the skin a thick appearance. Maybe they work for some people but definitely not me. I dont care if its FDA approved, the FDA approves a bunch of shit that is horrible for you and creates profits for the corps that sell the products because people go back to buy more of it. I use elastin and collagen infused products, I've had amazing results with them.
No I have mature skin. And retinols dont wirk for everyone, they renew the skin cell turnover process too fast and people use retinols during the day which is very damaging!! Koreans achieve glass skin by not using retinols because it thickens the skin too much, diminishing the "see through glow."
Vivi H-B How frequent you apply any vitamin A derivatives and the way of using it correctly makes a big difference. Retinol as a cosmeceutical ingredient shouldn’t dry your skin out. Perhaps you should do more research on that.
Demi has not overdone any fillers or botox. Just the right balance between the mature beauty of a women growing wiser while keeping it fresh. Graceful and lovely all the way

Microfiber cloths work wonders for many things. I mostly do cleansing with just water and cleanser with my hands though.
I use a warm damp wash cloth made from bamboo in conjunction with grape seed oil to remove makeup, followed with a “clean” cleanser. 🧖🏻♀️

Unless you wash the cloth after every use because then it's just collecting the dirt and bacteria from not only your makeup but all the dirt that's made it onto your face. Not to mention your pulling and tugging on your face.

@cos actually it matters alot. Tugging and pulling causes premature wrinkles. You can't stop aging but you can preserve your skin. Just like a fruit, you can preserve it before it gets wrinkled.
@cos what you do and put on your skin does matter. Anti aging doesnt mean you will never age, it just means it will slow down the aging.
@cos it's like wasting one minute of class each day. Sure it's one minute and doesn't affect you at the moment but by the end of the year that's over 100 minutes wasted. I always get that I look 6 years younger than my age and thats because I take skin care very seriously. You just have to take care of yourself and know what to do and not to do and which products and ingredients you shouldn't use.

I've got her beauty book written about 30 years ago. She makes thin braids near her ears and hooks them behind her head and plonks on a wig - DIY facelift. She didn't use posh products back then but always used high SPF in the sun.

It's just a bit hard to swallow any advice that comes from someone who, on one hand has had a LOT of procedures done to her in order to alter her appearance/anti-age herself, and then on the other hand says things like "less is more" is her way of managing her appearance.

I’m guessing her skin is really hypersensitive that she can’t even tolerate any retinol or retinoids ? Those ingredients are the gold standard for anti aging.

Only the US uses those, in Korea people avoid retinols like plague. They dry your skin out, make it flake, and give the skin a thick appearance. Maybe they work for some people but definitely not me. I dont care if its FDA approved, the FDA approves a bunch of shit that is horrible for you and creates profits for the corps that sell the products because people go back to buy more of it.
I use elastin and collagen infused products, I've had amazing results with them.

No I have mature skin. And retinols dont wirk for everyone, they renew the skin cell turnover process too fast and people use retinols during the day which is very damaging!! Koreans achieve glass skin by not using retinols because it thickens the skin too much, diminishing the "see through glow."
Vivi H-B How frequent you apply any vitamin A derivatives and the way of using it correctly makes a big difference. Retinol as a cosmeceutical ingredient shouldn’t dry your skin out. Perhaps you should do more research on that.
