I have bought my second body tapper and my body loves it , can you actually tap too much? Sadly can only do the upper body, but still finding myself tapping every time I go into the kitchen, I do soft body brush the lower body although don’t really have the patience for it, but working on that, as my lower body does seem to appreciate it. But boy does my upper thighs and hips love the body drummer. Again can you drum too much? My face has really changed and improved as I’m more regular with my gu sha tools, so relaxing if you follow along with a video, and the changes wow…. A real treat to me, thank you Katie for all you do.

Absolutely love you and your podcasts Katie you shine so very brightly and what your doing for others by the learning to help themselves holistically is absolutely gold. I’ve learnt and continue to learn so much from you and am so grateful I love your tools as well and all your suggestions of other products!
A question is that I want to use body wash and makeup that is less toxic on my body any suggestions? I use the suggested seaweed Cornwall shampoo and conditioner and love that.
Caring on being amazing cheering you on here from the sidelines x

Great advice! I live in France, where all the staff have a full hour for lunch, and funnily enough, we always play Rummikub after lunch every day!

Everything you've said, in a state of grace. How lovely. That's the feeling I am feeling listening in and because it is so lovely and true in that everything connected is communicating that energy, fulfilled in the moment, messaging and reverberating back and forth the idea food is sacred really is a cool thing to think on. I agree we can learn from watching animals and I lucked out recently due to a field nearby. Outside my window I could see Buzzards showing up. We wondered oh no. They'll be close by real soon but, it turns out, they don't just savagely attack their food. One shows up. Then another will show up. They fillet it. There are arrivals who appear to be teaching the one who is feasting how to eat and before leaving, it will see to the carcass being flipped over for next visit. Others will show up and line up on either side of the carcass being fed on. Day after day. There are specific ways in which you can behave towards your food and it matters how the food is ate. Those are the lessons I'm watching happen with every one of their visits. They got to take their time because the "sacred food" was in the field. I honestly felt as if they feel as if food is sacred to them and so the dead will be treated in that way throughout each time they would come to the feast. The buzzards seem to be teaching the youngun that is eating manners and a state of gratitude. What is lovely is how you present such things in such a way that appeals to, say, my fascia? Am I like listening to the music in my ears coming from your simple way of expressing such lovelies I can be about creating at my table too? I'm glad to see it does make a difference in teaching such things to someone like Joe who is quite the workaholic and little time to feel he can relax and unbelievably to him, he has found table time is now the best times of day to look forward to! I am sitting here smiling and probably because I just listened to your vid on fascia! I doubt I can fully express my thanks to have arrived here. I love everything about food. I am thankful my Joe no longer looks at mealtime as "another job". I think he thought I was nuts to get him to take time to slow down and eat. To look at the food and to say oh yum is something that is so natural for him now. It appears to me not everyone thinks of food in such a way as a 'Slow Mediterranean Lunch'? but when introduced if even in a small way, it tends to increase the light in one's eye is what I am seeing here at my table now! I could relate to this vid so well. Thank you!
