Great work 👍 Wolves have been doing a number on our whitetail population in southern mb where i hunt. I can imagine what theyre doing to your moose population.
I'm a lifelong hunter but I can't stand trapping. It is cruel and it's a horrible death for the animals. I don't care if as a native you have special permission or whatever the required permits are. If it's to clear an area of dangerous animals, I can understand, your area does not look like it needs to be cleared of anything.
As a hunter you need to appreciate trappers taking out a very small percentage of the predator population, but every time we do, it increases your odds of “killing” an ungulate. Hunters and trappers are working together to secure the same natural resources.
Good job guys, good luck this year.
Great work guys!!!!

Beautiful 🐺. Awesome creature!! Congratulations that’s a hard smart animal to catch
Took me 3 seasons to really learn to catch em.. they are definitely smart !
Why trap them? Fur trade?
Criminal, why would you kill such a majestic anima, some day you will have to answer for that.
Careful, you are showing your ignorance.
There’s a war on the otherside of the world. And your worried about my trapping? Keep scrolling if your feelings get hurt !

Moose population is the lowest in Canada. What do you know about population in mb ?
